TITLE: Diffractive Practices in Inclusive Research. A Multivocal Analysis of the Transitions from School to Work for Neurodivergent Students ABSTRACT: This paper explores how school-to-work training serves as a guidance pathway that supports the transition to adulthood for neurodivergent young people. To do so, it brings together the voices of students, teachers, families, and career mentors, collected as part of the ALL Inclusive project, through a diffractive and multivocal lens, in order to navigate the tensions and contradictions inherent in these passages. What emerges is a network of narrative fragments, vignettes, and emotional snapshots that, far from reconstructing a structured set of data and results, invite the reader to navigate transient stories and non-linear itineraries toward adulthood.
