surgeon played synthesis of fracture fragments with two K-wires and subsequently reducing the dislocation. This procedure ensured the correct positioning of humeral head into the joint. Given the breakdown of the fracture, surgeons performed a second surgical step: in the first case he used cannulated screws, in second patient some Kirschner wires. Results. Radiographic results showed good evolution of bone tissue repair, no secondary dislocation and no signs of necrosis, 1 year after trauma. Conclusion. We believe that this surgical technique is a valid treatment option in order to get good results, and should be tried before deciding to run the classic technique of open reduction and internal synthesis.

Abstract
surgeon played synthesis of fracture fragments with two K-wires and subsequently reducing the dislocation. Conclusion. We believe that this surgical technique is a valid treatment option in order to get good results, and should be tried before deciding to run the classic technique of open reduction and internal synthesis.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
