Today, even bankruptcy aims the protection of production complex unity. It has gone from an authoritarian assets dismemberment, to share the proceeds from sales of individual assets among the creditors, to favor one pushed for immediate action on the company, negotiations and self-managed, designed to preserve the value of production complexes thanks them to a restructuring or a sale.
