The use of MnII as a paramagnetic relaxation probe in n.m.r. analysis of mixed-ligand solutions has been examined. Evidence for ternary complex formation has been made possible by means of various experimental devices. The analysis of nuclear relaxation rates of both ligand and solvent molecules has been performed, suggesting an emphasis on relaxation reagents as far as biological inferences are concerned.

Abstract
The use of MnII as a paramagnetic relaxation probe in n.m.r. analysis of mixed-ligand solutions has been examined. Evidence for ternary complex formation has been made possible by means of various experimental devices. The analysis of nuclear relaxation rates of both ligand and solvent molecules has been performed, suggesting an emphasis on relaxation reagents as far as biological inferences are concerned.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
