Angiosarcoma with epithelioid histo-morphology has been documented in the skin, orbit, thyroid and adrenal glands, gall-bladder and deep soft tissue. Cutaneous epithelioid angiosarcomas may follow a slow protracted course with local recurrences and limited lymph node metastases. However, an aggressive course, with local spread and disseminated metastases, is also described. We report a case of this uncommon neoplasm with extremely aggressive course in a female patient.
