The results of the preliminary research regarding the Gragnano Middle Bronze Age settlement, near Tevere river (Sansepolcro - Arezzo) are reported. During the excavation of the site scarce faunistic remains and lithic industry, pottery and a metal arrow head were found. On the basis of pottery tipology Gragnano can be referred to the first phase of Grotta Nuova facies and shows contacts with southern sites of the above facies (Grotta Nuova group).
