Data concerning mycofloristic research carried out at the 'Monti Rognosi' Natural Reserve, an important ophiolitic area of Tuscany, are reported. The investigation brought to the identification of 100 epigeous macromycetes. Some were of large ecological range, others preferably linked to a particular habitat, but no one was strictly linked to serpentine habitat. Nevertheless, more than half of the species recorded are cited in the red-list of European countries and therefore considered in danger of extinction or at risk. © 2018 Società Botanica Italiana onlus.
