La "riforma Cartabia" ha introdotto nuove disposizioni in tema di documentazione e di deposito degli atti investigativi difensivi. L'Autore, dopo aver esaminato tali regole - affrontandone, in particolare, le questioni interpretative irrisolte - prospetta alcune soluzioni per tentare di uniformare la disciplina rispettivamente concernente l'attività investigativa pubblica e quella privata.
