‘Obligation’, ‘obbligazione’ e ‘obbligo’ in H.L.A. Hart

In this article I will try to answer the following question: how to translate into Italian the term ‘obligation’ as used by H.L.A. Hart in his works? Without omitting to consider what Hart says about the concept of obligation, I will argue in favour of the following answer: one should use the term ‘obbligazione’, instead of the term ‘obbligo’

In questo articolo cercherò di rispondere alla seguente domanda: come tradurre in italiano il termine ‘obligation’ per come esso viene usato da H.L.A. Hart nei suoi scritti? Senza omettere di considerare quanto Hart dice in merito al concetto di obligation, argomenterò a favore della seguente risposta: bisognerebbe ricorrere al termine ‘obbligazione’, invece che al termine ‘obbligo’.
