The horizon that is looming is characterized not only by a dissociation between biological parents and social parents but even the link between childbirth and motherhood , the ability to perform acts (contracts or not) of their own bodies in order to be able to use procreative techniques and new parental atypical relationships . Given the fact that all this can be developed in a regime of constitutional solidarity according to an evolved concept of family relationships and parent-child relationship depends on the level of sensitivity and culture of the society.

Abstract
