In summary, the gastronomic entrepreneurship of migrants is a tool that generates income and promotes social inclusion, cultural diversity, and the preservation of culinary traditions, thereby contributing to social cohesion and enriching host communities. This study holds significant implications for understanding social and cultural dynamics in contemporary globalised societies, underscoring the importance of gastronomy as a vehicle for integration and cultural expression.
