Pragmatiche giuridiche e scienze cognitive. A partire da Pragmatics and Law. Philosophical Perspectives

This paper analyses some of the essays collected in the volume Pragmatics and Law. Philosophical Perspectives. More specifically, it highlights two different types of legal pragmatics (a “high” pragmatics and a Gricean pragmatics), which can be found in the book, and examines their relationship with cognitive sciences.

Questo scritto presenta un’analisi di alcuni dei saggi contenuti nel volume Pragmatics and Law. Philosophical Perspectives. Più in dettaglio, esso mette in luce due tipi diversi di pragmatica giuridica (una pragmatica “alta” e una pragmatica griceana), rinvenibili all’interno del libro, ed esamina il rapporto che essi intrattengono con le scienze cognitive.
