The article is conceived as a first moment of analysis and reflection in view of a wider study on the phenomenon of violence and football hooliganism. The contribution, therefore, intends to reconstruct the evolution of violent football hooliganism from the 1950s to the 1970s considered in particular from the point of view of youth deviance, describing its characteristics, following methods of aggregation, its internal dynamics and, above, all through the reflections on the media of the main news events connected to it.
