Trasporti e storia. Rassegna degli studi 2000-2006

This paper analyzes the progress of historiography on transport abroad, the new study paths of the discipline, the most recent studies in Italy. In particular, the paper examines the sectors and methods with which the history of transport has developed, since its origins, and the specialized reviews that have dealt with it, then creating a thematic overview on studies between 2000 and 2006.

Il saggio analizza i progressi della storiografia sui trasporti all'estero, i nuovi percorsi di studio della disciplina, gli studi più recenti in Italia. In particolare, il saggio esamina i settori e i metodi con i quali si è sviluppata la storia dei trasporti, fin dalle origini, e le riviste specializzate che se ne sono occupate, realizzando poi una panoramica tematica sugli studi fra il 2000 e il 2006.
