Laicity is addressed in terms of bioguide in both scientific and popular, with particular regard to the distinction between public and private sphere. Furthermore, the article analyzes the role of religion in civil society and the meaning of freedom of conscience.
La laicità è affrontata nei termini della biogiuridica sia in ambito scientifico che divulgativo, con particolare riguardo alla distinzione tra sfera pubblica e privata. Inoltre l'articolo analizza il ruolo della religione nella società civile e il significato della libertà di coscienza.
