Integrazione e cittadinanza negli Stati plurilingui: Belgio e Svizzera a confronto

The migratory flows involving the European continent are leading to a paradigm shift in the relationship between citizenship and integration, with the second one that becomes, from aim, a requirement to achieve the first. In this contribution we analyze this relationship in two States, Switzerland and Belgium, which by their nature are able to provide information about the ways in which integration can be considered and regulated in relation to citizenship.

I flussi migratori che interessano il continente europeo stanno portando ad un cambio di paradigma nel rapporto tra cittadinanza e integrazione, con la seconda che, da obiettivo, si sta trasformando in requisito per ottenere la prima. Nel presente contributo si analizzerà questo rapporto in due ordinamenti, la Svizzera e il Belgio, che per le loro caratteristiche sono in grado di fornire indicazioni circa le modalità con le quali l';integrazione può essere considerata e regolata in rapporto alla cittadinanza.
