L'insegnamento della filosofia del diritto: manuali e companions

Filosofia del diritto (Philosophy of Law), edited by M. Ricciardi, A. Rossetti and V. Velluzzi, is a recently published textbook structured as a companion, that is a set of articles, written by different authors, which are intended to give a basic knowledge of that discipline. Here I try to identify the reasons why such a kind of book can be seen as a good instrument for the teaching of philosophy of law nowadays. I think that one major reason is that a companion of philosophy of law mirrors the current fragmentation of philosophy of law due to the weakening of some theoretical paradigms prevailing for several decades in the last century.
