In this article, we present the results of a multifactor experiment, which simulated the firm's behaviour under different leadership's characteristic. In particular, we analyzed the processes of price definition and of surplus distribution among the stakeholders, in presence of Leaders with different degree of knowledge and authority. The experimental results show that the presence of a Leader with a high level of authority has a positive effect on these processes, differently from knowledge. Nevertheless, the best results are obtained in absence of a Leader.

Abstract
In this article, we present the results of a multifactor experiment, which simulated the firm's behaviour under different leadership's characteristic. In particular, we analyzed the processes of price definition and of surplus distribution among the stakeholders, in presence of Leaders with different degree of knowledge and authority. The experimental results show that the presence of a Leader with a high level of authority has a positive effect on these processes, differently from knowledge. Nevertheless, the best results are obtained in absence of a Leader.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
