The aim of research is today to study alternative methodologies for substituting in vivo tests: we propose in the present work a new method for the in vitro evaluation of biological activity in pharmaceutical and cosmetic raw materials. The parameters considered were necrosis contra apoptosis. We carried out our experiments on HL60 cell, a good model for highlighting all apoptotic markers.
