This study reports the evaluation of the activity of Ferulic Acid, and its CDs inclusion complex in cosmetic products. Our work has been focused on the following points: - Formulation and preparation of emulsions containing FA or its complex, using different emulsifying systems - SPF evaluation - Preparation of emulsions containing different emollients so to evaluate their influence on SPF - Evaluation of waxes contained in emulsions, the effect on SPF evaluations. - Stability test on emulsions containing FA and its complexes.
