This implementation and organizational improvement project describes the development of an inter-organizational and academic nursing research network involving a territorial healthcare authority, a university hospital trust, and a university. The initiative integrates team-building strategies, research governance mechanisms, Evidence-Based Practice training activities, and multiprofessional working groups coordinated by a shared Scientific Committee. The project aims to strengthen collaboration between clinical and academic settings, promote knowledge translation, and support healthcare innovation. Preliminary results suggest increasing engagement of healthcare professionals in research activities and the progressive development of shared research projects aligned with clinical and educational priorities. This approach may contribute to reducing fragmentation in nursing research and fostering clinical and organizational innovation.
