This paper gives an overview on the Italian national CLARIN consortium and the status of CLARIN-IT in general. It thus discusses the current state of affairs of the consortium and provides information on the members, especially with regards to what they offer to CLARIN in terms of resources, services and expertise, and what CLARIN offers them to further their own research.
