EPR is a prime spectroscopic technique for the analysis of paramagnetic metal sites in biological systems. In fact, its potential for determining effective spin Hamiltonian parameters is well established for copper complexes under a large range of motional conditions. The combined use of multiple EPR frquencies and computer simulation has been exploited in a variety of cases allowing extraction of even higher quality information from experimental spectra.

Abstract
EPR is a prime spectroscopic technique for the analysis of paramagnetic metal sites in biological systems. In fact, its potential for determining effective spin Hamiltonian parameters is well established for copper complexes under a large range of motional conditions. The combined use of multiple EPR frquencies and computer simulation has been exploited in a variety of cases allowing extraction of even higher quality information from experimental spectra.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
