In the context of the compliance regimes which have been established under the most relevant MEAs, the issue of the procedural guarantees provided on the basis of such regimes is becoming an important topic, which however has not yet attracted the attention of many scholars. Therefore, the aim of the present contribution consists in threefold aim. Firstly, to attempt to determine whether some common principles may be said to exist within the compliance regimes elaborated under the most relevant MEAs. Secondly to determine whether some procedural rules and guarantees may be identified and thirdly to assess whether there are common specific features regarding how decisions rendered in the framework of the said compliance regimes are taken.

Abstract
In the context of the compliance regimes which have been established under the most relevant MEAs, the issue of the procedural guarantees provided on the basis of such regimes is becoming an important topic, which however has not yet attracted the attention of many scholars. Therefore, the aim of the present contribution consists in threefold aim. Firstly, to attempt to determine whether some common principles may be said to exist within the compliance regimes elaborated under the most relevant MEAs. Secondly to determine whether some procedural rules and guarantees may be identified and thirdly to assess whether there are common specific features regarding how decisions rendered in the framework of the said compliance regimes are taken.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
