The present study aims to offer a solution to this problem by showing how SMEs can implement TRM by dealing with some critical factors that should be accurately managed during the development of technology roadmapping. In particular, these factors can be classified into three different areas: Organization, Intelligence Ability, and Process Management. These three classes highlight how the success of TRM implementation depends on the strategic approach adopted by the participant organizations, on their capability to exploit the necessary resources and competencies, and on their ability to correctly solve the coordination problems that affect especially TRM projects involving multiple organizations

Abstract
The present study aims to offer a solution to this problem by showing how SMEs can implement TRM by dealing with some critical factors that should be accurately managed during the development of technology roadmapping. In particular, these factors can be classified into three different areas: Organization, Intelligence Ability, and Process Management. These three classes highlight how the success of TRM implementation depends on the strategic approach adopted by the participant organizations, on their capability to exploit the necessary resources and competencies, and on their ability to correctly solve the coordination problems that affect especially TRM projects involving multiple organizations| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
