Constitutional Crisis, Security and Democratic Resilience

The essays collected in this volume are the outcome of the scientific activities carried out within the framework of the PNRR-TNE International Mobility Programme “Assessing Constitutional Crisis Impact and Security” (IMP-ACCTS), Project Proposal TNE23-00057, funded by the European Union under the NextGenerationEU initiative and coordinated by the Universities of Siena, Cagliari, Milano-Bicocca, and Salento. The contributions were first presented and discussed across five events: the Summer School on Security and Constitutionalism (Siena, Pontignano, and San Gimignano, 19-24 July 2025), the Summer School on Constitutional Crises (Como, Milano, 19-25 October 2025), the Winter School on Constitutional Crisis and Cyber Security (Siena, Pontignano, and Monteriggioni, 22-28 February 2026), the Winter School on Constitutional Crises (Uni- versity of Milano-Bicocca, 1-4 March 2026), and the Final Workshop on Constitutional Cri- sis and Cyber Security: Institutions, Rights and Global Challenges (University of Cagliari, 5-6 March 2026).
