Maternità/Paternità

In the first meaning, motherhood expresses a specific condition of the life of the woman which begins biologically from conception, determining the natural bond between the mother and the unborn child. On the floor subjectively, motherhood does not only coincide with pregnancy ongoing, but with being a mother and becoming a mother from the point of view of awareness and awareness regarding the child subject. In in this sense paternity also expresses the condition of the father as a bond (even kinship) that exists between father and son both from the point from the point of view of the emotional bond, and from a strictly legal point of view of parental responsibility, triggered by a recognition of proven paternity.

Nel primo significato la maternità esprime una condizione specifica della vita della donna che inizia biologicamente dal concepimento, determinando il legame naturale tra la madre e il nascituro. Sul piano soggettivo la maternità non coincide solo con la gravidanza in corso, ma con l’essere madre e il diventare madre dal punto di vista della presa di coscienza e consapevolezza rispetto al soggetto figlio. In questo senso anche la paternità esprime la condizione del padre come un legame (anche di parentela) che esiste tra padre e figlio sia dal punto di vista del vincolo affettivo, che sotto il profilo strettamente giuridico della responsabilità genitoriale, innescato da un riconoscimento della paternità accertata.
