Indivisibility is one of the characteristics characterizing the shares, together, among others, with the so-called inseparability - which, although not expressly provided for by the provision in question, is generally treated in conjunction with and in connection with this. The fact that indivisibility is an immediately perceptible characteristic confirms the configuration of the actions in terms of depersonalization - with respect to the owner - and standardization - with respect to the other actions - and, at the same time, confirms the organizational and functional structure of which they are an expression since they constitute direct representation of the minimum equity stake. Inseparability would attest (more than indivisibility) the very close connection between the elements - rights, powers, obligations - that make up social participation and, therefore, in a descriptive sense, the so-called member status.

Abstract
Indivisibility is one of the characteristics characterizing the shares, together, among others, with the so-called inseparability - which, although not expressly provided for by the provision in question, is generally treated in conjunction with and in connection with this. The fact that indivisibility is an immediately perceptible characteristic confirms the configuration of the actions in terms of depersonalization - with respect to the owner - and standardization - with respect to the other actions - and, at the same time, confirms the organizational and functional structure of which they are an expression since they constitute direct representation of the minimum equity stake. Inseparability would attest (more than indivisibility) the very close connection between the elements - rights, powers, obligations - that make up social participation and, therefore, in a descriptive sense, the so-called member status.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
