The generation of systemic risk has long been one of the least considered and, therefore, adequately assessed consequences by international and regional regulators among those arising from the exercise of financial activities in connection with the use of technology. Nevertheless, examination of technology finance has long highlighted correlations with systemic risk. Its innovations have the potential to have a negative impact on the financial system, with the determination of the inability to perform ordinary financial functions, which, therefore, falls on the economic system, where paralysis of activities and an extended crisis of the system itself are produced. This book attempts to cover this gap in analysis and tries to identify recognizable aspects of systemic risk generated by FinTech activities.

Abstract
The generation of systemic risk has long been one of the least considered and, therefore, adequately assessed consequences by international and regional regulators among those arising from the exercise of financial activities in connection with the use of technology. Nevertheless, examination of technology finance has long highlighted correlations with systemic risk. Its innovations have the potential to have a negative impact on the financial system, with the determination of the inability to perform ordinary financial functions, which, therefore, falls on the economic system, where paralysis of activities and an extended crisis of the system itself are produced. This book attempts to cover this gap in analysis and tries to identify recognizable aspects of systemic risk generated by FinTech activities.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
