To this end, a corpus consisting of data from blog and website from the manopshere was collected. Quantitative and qualitative analysis shows the construction of specific gender ideologies through different linguistic strategies; furthermore, the analysis shows that while the Italian manosphere shares several features with other Internet language varieties, it also includes some unique linguistic characteristics.
