The contribution aims at analysing the situation of the Rule of Law in Luxembourg, through the European Commission’s Report of September 2020, also considering the Reports of 2021 and 2022. While retracing the considerations made by the document, it explores the issues of greatest interest – mainly the independence of the judiciary and the pluralistic system of rights protection – remembering the specificities of the national legal order.
