This contribution aims to explore the connections between the Transformative Learning Theory (TLT) and the Actor Network Theory (ANT) perspective. While starting from a different framework, the two perspectives give similar attentions on constructs and elements that can support or inhibit learning processes. Meanings and materiality, the individual rather than practices, emancipation rather than power. The connection between TLT and ANT will be discussed underlining news in research and educational theory and practices.

Abstract
This contribution aims to explore the connections between the Transformative Learning Theory (TLT) and the Actor Network Theory (ANT) perspective. While starting from a different framework, the two perspectives give similar attentions on constructs and elements that can support or inhibit learning processes. Meanings and materiality, the individual rather than practices, emancipation rather than power. The connection between TLT and ANT will be discussed underlining news in research and educational theory and practices.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
