In the book we analise the meaning of the fast track integration into the labour market for refugees and the educational conditions provided for them. The model presented has mainly focused on work-based and workplace learning that is offered in time, before the refugee’s latent employment potential disappears. The set of results achieved by the practices that are implemented in Göteborg, Oslo, and Stuttgart is analysed. All practices were designed, tested and partially evaluated during the three-year transnational project of TALENTS.
