This Chapter presents the literature review concerning fast track labour market integration for immigrants. Cluster analysis that is considered refers to refugees and asylum seekers, in need to enter quickly the labour market. The literature review concerns the studies and researches that are exclusively about the management of integration and transitions in the labour market of immigrants and refugees through educational measures and devices and forms of workbased and workplace learning. Indicators selected for the analysis are: i) reasons behind the establishment of the fast track labour market integration; ii) organisational dimension of models for fast track labour market integration; iii) targets of the fast track labour market integration; iv) typology and components of the learning device (referring to workplace and workbased learning); v) indicators in use for fast track labour market integration’ evaluation.
