This article analyzes the issue of higher education students’ employability, taking on two constructs as a point of view: Transversal skills as requested by workplaces, and active learning methods, focusing on the value of incorporating project management as a teaching device by allowing students to prepare themselves for the labor market. The general question driving the article is: How can project management, precisely the PRINCE2 method, foster students’ employability by enabling their acquisition of transversal skills?
