Libertà e diritti nel pensiero di Bobbio

The article examines the – sometimes unrecognized – contribution of Norberto Bobbio to the juridical doctrine of liberties. Discussing in particular the concept of sovereignty as sum of individual liberties, and the refusal of the distinction between negative and positive freedom, it eventually suggests that Bobbio’s recall to the value of certainty is not outdated, and shouldn’t be forgotten by contemporary scholars.
