American College of Che- st Physicians has published a whole supplement of the Chest journal dedicated to the continuing medical education, underlying that new technologies are now fundamental for didactics in medicine. Thanks to literature and to the results of the first online experience Collegio dei Professori Ordinari di Anestesia e Rianimazione decided to organize a new web-congress. This 2nd event has been broadcasted with the same technological features of the first congress and concerned around 2100 doctors belon- ging to 38 Schools of Anesthesiology and 110 Hospital. Internet connections were 142 and more than 90% of them were still active at the end of the congress. Numbers of questions submitted to the speakers were 60 and all were answered. Evaluation questionnaires were distributed to the trainees at the end of the congress highlighting a strong positive answer in terms of ap- proval; while learning questionnaires were given to the all doctors at the beginning and at the end of the congress. Results of these last questionnaires were statistically positive. Anyway the methodology effectiveness in terms of learning has to be im- proved in the further events.
