Pagetoid reticulosis is a rare lymphoproliferative skin disorder traditionally divided into two types: the localised form, known as Woringer- Kolopp disease, and the disseminated form or Ketron-Goodman disease. The localised type is clinically characterized by a solitary or a few aggregated keratotic inflammatory plaques that may persist, nearly unchanged, for prolonged periods, without extracutaneous involvement. Ketron-Goodman disease is characterized by increasing number of hyperkeratotic plaques and nodules and, in some patients, the outcome is fatal after only a few months. We report a case of rapidly progressive disseminated pagetoid reticulosis resistant to conventional therapy.
