In this note the Authors review some recent results on bifurcations and complex dynamics occurring in certain classes of neural networks where the neuron interconnection matrix is close to some nominal symmetric one. The results are relevant in view of addressing robustness of complete stability (convergence of trajectories) with respect to perturbations of nominal symmetric neural networks.

Abstract
